For gaming enthusiasts, Sony has unveiled the PlayStation 2022 Wrap-Up, a detailed overview of users’ gaming statistics, notable accomplishments, and favorite games on the platform throughout the year. Released on Tuesday, the Wrap-Up is compatible with both PS5 and PS4 consoles, delivering a concise summary of the games played and the time invested in them over the past year. Additionally, players can enjoy new avatars based on their gaming achievements.

This year’s PlayStation Wrap-Up compiles the top five most played games by PS5 and PS4 users in 2022, along with global game statistics on the Sony platform. The global data features intriguing figures, such as the total miles driven in Gran Turismo 7, the number of axe throws in God of War Ragnarök, and the cumulative hours spent in the photo mode of Horizon Forbidden West.

Users can discover their total playing time in 2022, distinguishing between local and online play, and the overall number of games played throughout the year. PlayStation Plus statistics are also included, revealing the number of games downloaded via the Essential, Extra, and Deluxe tiers of the subscription service, the top online game, and the hours devoted to online play.

Furthermore, the PlayStation Wrap-Up 2022 presents users with a list of their gaming achievements for the year, showcasing the number of Trophies earned across Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum categories. Based on their 2022 playing habits and accomplishments, users receive voucher codes for one of six unique avatars, redeemable on the PlayStation Store, according to Sony’s announcement on the PS Blog.
